We are looking for experienced  HVAC Service Technicians with the ability to install, maintain and repair heating, ventilation, and cooling units for the commercial/industrial and institutional markets.

Requirements

• Minimum of five years of experience 
• Good analytical skills and attention to detail with the ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and manuals
• Excellent customer service skills with the desire to exceed customer expectations
• Ability to work independently in a timely manner, making sure the job is done correctly the first time
• Piping experience a plus
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

We are looking for talented commercial HVAC Service Technicians for immediate, permanent, full-time employment. As a Bachman’s Inc Service Technician you are responsible for the preventive maintenance, service and retrofit/replacement of commercial and industrial HVAC equipment and systems for our valued customers.

This high profile, hands-on position requires a highly motivated, self-starter that is driven to succeed and wants to be the best in their field. Candidates must have a proven, stable employment record in the HVAC industry and a high level of sales proficiency. In addition, a thorough understanding of HVAC mechanical systems and how to proactively estimate, propose and sell these systems using financial based selling techniques is required. A four year degree is highly desired, but experience in the HVAC industry in project sales can be a substitute.
