October 01, 2014 – Bachman’s, Inc. is celebrating the 60th Anniversary of their founding by Richard Q. Bachman on October 1st. Bachman’s, Inc. was the first mechanical services contractor in Cincinnati to offer HVAC maintenance agreements and is the only contractor in the Greater Cincinnati metro area chosen to represent the international Linc Service franchise network, a brand of ABM Franchising Group.
"We at Bachman’s, Inc. would like to thank all of our loyal customers and vendors for their business and support throughout our first 60 years of business," said Marc Bachman, President of Bachman’s, Inc.
"My father and the founder of Bachman’s, Inc., Richard Q. Bachman, was correct when he said, ‘When you give an honest day’s work and show people value, you will be successful!"
The company maintains its founder’s commitment to quality, honesty and integrity to continuously create innovative solutions that meet clients’ changing needs and provide employees with the respect and support they deserve. Successful achievement of these goals is shown by the fact that the average client has maintained an account with Bachman’s, Inc. for more than 15 years and the company average for employees is 18 years, with several employees serving 30+ years.
Throughout 60 years of service, Bachman’s, Inc. has achieved numerous recognitions for superior business practices including the highly coveted 2006 Torch Award from the Cincinnati Better Business Bureau for their continued commitment to ethics and integrity. The Clermont Chamber of Commerce, itself a customer of Bachman’s, Inc., awarded the company the 2006 Small Business Best Practices Award in the Customer Focus Award category for their ongoing commitment to customer satisfaction.
In 2003, Linc Service, a franchise brand that provides facilities with preventive HVAC service and energy solutions, recruited Bachman’s, Inc. to join its international franchise network by exclusively representing the Greater Cincinnati, tri-state, metro area. Generally, only 1 in 100 mechanical contractors meet Linc Services’ standards of excellence required to represent the brand.
The combination of Bachman’s, Inc.’s customer-focused approach with Linc Services’ proven growth strategy, training, support and access to cutting-edge industry tools has enabled Bachman’s, Inc. to provide clients with proactive maintenance solutions and the most up-to-date technology. And as Bachman’s, Inc. enters into their 60th year of business, they are committed to continuing to invest in technology including GPS dispatching solutions and tablets for their technicians to enhance work order management.
Bachman’s, Inc. also makes it a point to give back to the community that has given so much to them. For decades they have supported schools in the community and helped fundraise for the Union Township Police and Fire Departments. During the conflict in Iraq, Bachman’s, Inc. sent a box full of gaming systems to the 3rd Battalion, 7th Field Artillery Regiment to help soldiers find an escape from their long days of service.
"We would like to congratulate Bachman’s, Inc. on 60 years of excellent mechanical service work in Cincinnati. We are proud to have such a highly-regarded, time-honored company as part of our network and are excited to see how they will continue to advance," said Bert Kendall, Chief Operating Officer of ABM Franchising Group.
